    Reason: Faking a Portal
    Counter-Reason: When the town was sold to me i didn't know that the portal wasn't working so i asked a mod to fix unaware of it being faked by past owner
    Evidence: Ive only owned the town for a day and since apparently theres no portal theres no way to get into the town. So me having no access to water it would be impossible for me to make a fake portal.
