Reason of Ban: "Scamming Ryan using an alt account"

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means not holding up your end of the deal and in turn manipulating the user to believe you will.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Tobydoo2 is not my personal account, nor is he an alt account. However, during a majority of the time Tobydoo2 was logged into the server, I was in control. Including those times that scam took place. After the scam took place, Oreo PM'd myself first about the IPs (I wasn't actually aware of notifying staff members) then I told him the accounts on my IP, as far as I can remember this was all 100% true. Tobydoo2 does not belong to myself, but I was in control as stated before.

As an almost 3 year serving member of the community, donator and over-all perfect record with trust and so forth, I am ashamed in myself for the actions that took place earlier this week. I am definitely impressed with the talent of the staff team, and not angry in anyway for their actions towards these accounts. This appeal/ban I'd assume definitely removes all rights of even applying for a staff position in the future which is upsetting as it has been a goal since a few months after joining (2.5 years ago), but that is one of the consequences of my actions.

I have lied to ECC on this occasion, but I cannot go back and undo what I have done. I have been trusted by many players with tools such as Eff7's and returned them, I have been trusted with almost a million ECD from other players also, and as stated earlier have a perfect track record (Until this day). I would not like to damage this any further. I am unsure why I attempted scamming, possibly to earn the funds for an eff7 without having to go through the tedious process of a payment plan or other means. I was lazy, and inconsiderate of the other players affected by my actions.

If I were to be accepted back onto the server, I will happily refund what is owed to Ryan ($695,000) and send him an apology via the forums or other means. I have learned multiple things from this event:

1. The staff team are incredibly talented, and I am impressed by their quick response and investigation skills.
2. No matter what loss you currently experience, it does not give you a right to do the same to others. I myself was scammed + lost other amounts of money, which was an influence on my decision, but in no way is an excuse.
3. This has damaged my reputation incredibly, and that alone is enough to prevent this from ever happening again.

If I may request, for your assurance that this will not happen again, please keep Tobydoo2 and Wille35 banned (They are other people, but I do have access to the accounts). If you would feel safer with these accounts banned, then I will be happy to accept that. However I do request the account "Obbler" to remain unbanned (I am unsure if he is banned or not), I don't have his account details but he does play on my IP address (Brother hence the name). I do not plan on having any other accounts join ECC via my IP.

I would like to request an unban to redeem myself and repay what is owed to Ryan. This won't happen again, and you can be assured it won't because I have too much to loose, and of course the affect it has on other people.

I apologize for what has been done, and understand that it was an immoral thing to do. As it has been stated before, a member with such an early join date in 2012 should know better and be aware of the rules.
