Minecraft Username: Pancakesplatter

Reason:It says i was banned for breaking crops/farmland in the town of Coldwater

Counter-Reason:The reason i think i should be unbanned from the sever of EcoCityCrsft is because i thought it was all right to pick crops in the town that i even had owned a plot in, i dont understand why i dont diserve to be able to use the giant garden as in the town that i had boughten a plot on. there were no signs anywhere that had said anything about paying first to use the garden or that no one was allowed to use it.

Evidence: I dont have a screenshot or a video i can post, just my word.
Also I would apreciate it if whoever reads this file wouldnplease rispond with why i am still unable to play on the server with their reason on why i cant continue, knowing why i cant go on is appreciated for further notice, thanks and i hope that my reasoning will do. Much appreciated

First of all I am so glad that someone with high rank had actually answered my request! I never thought anyone would actually even listen to me, for that i thank you t_bone199205! The reason i had thought that i should have had the right to use what I thought was a public farm t_bone was because i had payed a large down payment (all but $300-i think) so i did not ever think that was i was doing was greifing. Also i am assuming that i'm not going to be banned with joel1997's answer to this appeal but just to clear up some messy-ness in what you had talked about in your answer i would like to say the following to your reply:
1. I lied. When you had asked what i was doing and i had answered by saying i was breaking the furnace i thought you had asked me why I wanted to borrow the stone pickaxe, my misunderstanding.
2. I did not replant crops, your right and i am sorry that i never did.
3.All the entrances were locked. The reason i went into the garden in the plot was because a door was opened, i went in and up the ladder originally thinking it was another public town building with the rules or whatever, but as i advanced there was the farm, i then thought it was a public farm, knowing now, i know it was another residents home of the town.
4.i greifed the top layer. Honestly i did place the pillar, but i placed the pillar with my own blocks, the howl in the ceiling was already there before i had ever gotten there, you can ask the owner of the plot yourself, the howl was already up there.
5. i should have asked. yeah your right i should have asked but i did not think that i would have needed to use the garden once more before i had left.
hopefully that sort of cleared up some things for you joel.Hopefully this may clear up some things for you as well t_bone and may become more appealing for you to unban me. Also i appreciate you responding to my thread joel, im glad i know what/why my ban upon me is there, I HOPE I GET UNBANNED SUPER BADLY, if not, i understand thanks all.

 

As you can see, I have saved up for a resident and was hopeing to continue to save up for more rank, i really do love ECC if there is even one way that i could work it out with t_bone and joel (me plassing back the crops, my sending a very large deposit to the owner of the plot i thought was a public garden) please please let me know i would love to continue playing on my recently discovered favorite minecraft server, i really hope this will help change your mind!!!

 

Thanks joel for your support along with you as well Netsui, I would definatly give chaoticdreams back whatever seeds that i have taken and would also repay him in ECC cash for all the crops that he could have grown if they were originally kept there, or whatever other agreement we could come across with each other if i were to be unbanned.
