Username: Sheldon22 Reason: Minor Grief in protected region of oasis_farms Counter-Reason: The operator of the protected region oasis_farms sold permissions for the use of his farm to me for $3500. Therefore, my use of the farm was permitted and cannot be considered griefing as it is defined within clause one of section two of the server rules. Furthermore, any misuse of the farmland (as defined by TheNorGaming at the time of transaction) is not due cause of administrator intervention as such, but is only a factor in the continuity of the contractual agreement between TheNorGaming and myself. In any case, the above charges of an indefinite suspension of access to the services provided by EcoCityCraft outweight, in severity, the alleged 'minor griefing' of property. Also, if I may add to this, Sheldon and I have been playing together the entire time we've been on this server. I know for a fact that he's replanted every crop he's cut on oasis farms. Also, even if he did it (which he didn't),I do not believe that 200 Nether Warts is in any way deserving of a lifetime ban. If nothing else, although I know he nor I had anything to do with the 'griefing' of oasis farms, I will replace the nether warts.
