Reason: Powertool Spam

Counter-Reason: The spam was /near, which didn't show up on others screens. I was using it to follow someone. I sincerely did not know that counted as spamming, and I want to apologize if I made andrew's computer explode. I put a lot of time and effort into this server, and I don't think I could ever forgive myself if I was banned for something I didn't know was against the rules, even though I know it was my responsibility to read them. I would like to point out however that I did not know this sort of thing fell under the category of powertool spam.
