Minecraft Username:Tyrany777 Reason: I was banned for griefing. Counter-Reason: I was in the nature and exploring when I found a Trail of stone slabs. I was low on money and food and I knew I could sell the slabs so I began to hack them up. I thought that anything in nature was grief-able. I now think that the trail was the boundary of a town though if it was I shouldn't have been able to pick it up. :? After a few minutes of hacking up the stone slabs I turned around and was surprised to see who I believe was the owner of the stone slabs right next to me. I was not looking at the chat at the time so I do not know if he said anything to me. Out of fear I teleported to my home. Later I teleported back to get the players username so I could give them their slabs back or at least give them an apology and/or compensation payment but they began to chase me. Not knowing about the lack of pvp I once again teleported home and logged off. I did not know about banning and appeals at the time so I did not know what to do until I recently private-messeged the server owner. I am ready to give the owner of the stone slabs their property back along with a 1000 ecodollar compensation payment and a monthly/weekly payment of 500 ecodollars to the designated player. I did not know the consequences of my actions at the time and I beg to be let back on to the server. Evidence: Sadly I do not have any evidence because the other player would not stay still and I was teletporting to and from that area. Sincerely, Tyrany777
2 Things. #1 Why would you give them a weekly payment? Dont do it. Slabs arent worth it. #2 It seems like it was in the wild, so I dont know why you would have been banned. My advice is not to pay them anything as this is a minor grief and it was in the wild. Trust me on this. Im not sure who banned you, but it seems like they didnt have all the facts. Do not pay this person anything. You have nothing to be sorry for.
it was my town. the town had been set up and applied and approved but did not have protection yet. i would support you getting back on, really. my only problem with it was that i found you, and asked you stop, didn't get all mad just asked if you would please stop and then you logger out immediately like you felt you were doing wrong and then logged back in 30 seconds later and kept going, which i didn't see for another few minutes. just please, griefing in wild is fine, but if someone asks you to stop, try to be nice and stop, alright? i'm ok with his un-ban still though
