    Reason: Widespread Grieve In the town of halivaara.

    Counter Reason: I Was not the griever.

    Evidence: I do not have the texture pack of the screenshot that was shown and i was new to minecraft and i did not know how to take a screenshot. I was a bit "quiet" to nelson lim but i was actually just messaging with another friend. The moderator (me and my friend think) was the person who grieved the place and when he saw me and my friend messaging eachother (Because he was a moderator). He Instantly banned me (Im not sure about my friend) and ever since then iv been banned.

    Several things:

    1. Screenshots were taken by the person who was griefed by you, not you. Your texture pack has nothing to do with this.
    2. The ban was based on log block, and the server logs, not the screenshots.
    3. The moderator cannot see your private messages.
    4. The moderator wouldn't have perms to that area to grief.

    Please check your story and post another appeal if you're ready to fess up.
