Minecraft Username : 98Brando Reason: Banned by SynWannaBe for mod disrespect. Counter-Reason : I was banned by synwannabe for mod disrespect. I wasn't disrespecting a mod in my eyes. I was calling a friend a name. Syn is my friend and as he was trying to tell me that Australia isn’t a race (As is if someone was being racist about it). A player was abusing me and my country and I took it to racism. He was defying what is different about Australia then the rest and also saying that Australians do this for a living and so on. I took that to offence and then a mod got involved. (Syn) He was arguing with me saying that anything that Australia does would not be anything racist because Australia is not a race apparently. That argument escalated to the point I got angry and said this sentence. "Syn, if you were spent more time learning and less time playing with yourself you would know that." I said that not towards a mod but to a friend trying to help. I know that he was a mod. Now I’m not trying to make excuses, what I did was wrong and I have waited 12 hours to make an appeal. I’m sorry syn for what I said it was un acceptable. It will not happen again Please may I be unbanned so I can enjoy ECC. I said that one sentence and then I was in pvp. it was about 1 minute before I got banned. Then I took a break had a sleep and went outside. Now I’m back with a positive attitude and willing to re-join the community of ECC once again Evidence: I don’t have any
After speaking with WeWin and Syn about this matter, I've tempbanned you for 7 days. You have to realize that even if we are your friends, when we're helping you out as moderators, we are moderators and deal with all situations without bias. What you said was moderator disrespect, as Syn was certainly a moderator in your situation. Even if he was helping you out as a friend, that is absolutely not a reason for you to say what you said.
