Reason: Trying to kill a player in a non-pvp zone...
Counter: Ok, I was going to buy a plot in Whoscool town. I decided not to partly because of lag and they were pricey. I wasn't asked to leave before Zard came in. When zard told me to leave my delay in doing so was because of lag. Well it all comes to this, I wanted to go into the so I could get a few materials. I would have gone to the mining world but Its hard because there were not a lot of trees, hence I decided I would go into the wild near my Old house irons ville that was near Whos town. I then had to get off from my keyboard for just a minute and when i came back I was drowning in water. I guess I was not afk because I didn't make the thing in chat....... After I was almost drowned he just continued to kill me! I tried to get away so i could mine more sand but he then made a sand trap. When I found an opportunity to trap him I took it buried him. I wasn't trying to kill him I just wanted to get away (I also partly did this for revenge) <----- (honesty) I am very sorry for what I did. Please give me one last chance! Neither me or whos wanted me to be permabanned we have been friends for a long time.....

I understand the rule I broke and I can promise you I won't do it again! This is the first time I have been banned for this! Please forgive me! I hope you understand my side of the story.

 

Clause IV: Mining World
The mining world spawn rules rules are the same as Section II, Clause II: Nether, with the exception that TNT is not usable in the mining world. Using any other means (including lava and water) to affect the spawn area is still against the rules. Main world rules apply to all areas of the mining world. This includes trolling rules, including attempts to kill players in this world (mining world is NOT PvP enabled), as well as chat and wild living rules.

I believe this post is necessary. This is because it's been 11+ house since this post has been put up and still it has not been settled. I worried that it has been forgotten about. Correct me if I am wrong.........
