I just got banned and I'm not entirely sure why, it reads "Banned by xxStolio Reason: Bypassing a Ban (iStompKittens)" I have no idea what that means, I've never been on the server before this morning when I started playing with a friend and I was enjoying myself but now I can't even log in :/ How can I get this ban un done?
Hello Gopzilla, Your IP is identical to that of the permabanned user, iStomp_Kittens. As well, the friend of yours that reported to us about your so-called false ban strangely matches the location of another permabanned user that has relations with iStomp_Kittens, whose name is joshcarbon. Now, I've seen some odd IP matches before, but I have never seen two friends share IPs with that of a completely different set of two permabanned friends. So either this is a really weird coincidence or you're not telling us the full truth here.
I honestly have no idea how that is possible, I have recently (around January time) swapped my internet provider over because fiber optic lines where placed, I don't know if that would make a difference, my friend Despotos hasn't played Minecraft in well over a year, I myself have never even played on a large scale server like yours before. We are bother playing from Australia, we both live in different states, I'm not sure if that could have anything to do with the matching IP addresses or not. I cannot really prove that I am not iStomp_Kittens or that Despotos isn't the player who his IP matches, but if you are willing to put us both on some sort of probation I can promise you that we are both playing for the fun of the game, we don't wont to ruin other peoples :/
