In the Wiki section, (http://ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page), the part where it says "Applications," it lists a whole bunch of applications that you can buy (I'm assuming..?) for a job..right? If I was right, how do I buy these applications? If I was wrong, what is it, exactly?

They're not jobs, they're applications for the varying ranks and town features you can buy with your hard earned ecodollars.
These ranks are the ones you see in chat like:
[Resident] [Mayor] [President] etc.
If you click the link to a particular application it'll link you to the perks of that application.
