    Welcome to the great town of Sandsville! If you buy a plot in my town and you want to either make it bigger or build more than three stories (Does not count basement) then you will have to apply for it here...
    What you need to include in your request are as follow:
    • IGN:
    • What do you want to do to your plot?
    • How much will this cost me?
    • How much trouble it it cause?
    • How long will it take?
