Residents of Aquila, This thread is dedicated to the selecting of new leaders for the town. If you have not already, please visit the Aquila Town Thread to learn about the town and all it has to offer. The only posts in this thread should be actual Co-Mayor applications or questions regarding them. I politely ask that if you have a question not pertaining to Aquila leadership, you ask it in the official town thread, or in a Forum PM to me. What is Aquila leadership? In Aquila, there are many unique features that are not seen in other competing towns. As a leader of Aquila (Co-Mayor), you will be required to make sure that all of these features are kept running smoothly. These features include; our Job system, housing, griefing, inactivity, and general maintenance. In addition, you are here to make sure Aquila is fun for everyone. If you do not want to spend your time in the town being friendly and helpful to other players, do not apply. What are the requirements? To apply, you must have been a member of Aquila for at least 2 weeks, and held a Job throughout these two weeks (see main thread for information on Jobs). You must have excelled to the highest position in your profession as well, meaning you must be an Ore Miner or Senior Farmer to apply. All applicants should be active town members; you must come on the server consistently and frequently. What will I do as a leader? You will be upholding the values of the town and ensuring a positive gaming environment to all members of Aquila. It is the job of a leader to make sure all members are involved and feel welcome in the town. Your actual requirements will be sent to you via PM if you are accepted as a Co-Mayor. What leadership positions are there? Currently, we have 3 leadership positions. There can be more than 1 person responsible for each position. It is important that you specify which position you want to hold in your application, however, the position you ask for may not be the one you are assigned. To see the specific duties of each branch, please consult the Job section of the main Aquila thread. What Job do you hold in Aquila?: Ore Miner Which leadership position would you prefer to hold?: Head Miner What are your activity levels in the town and server as a whole?: I am usually 1-3 hours a day and am active in the town. Why do you want to become a leader of Aquila?: To help continue building an already excellent community and do my part to help. I like helping in towns a lot, and i am sure this will be a new and good experience for me. What specifically puts you ahead of other applicants?: There are not any other Ore Miner 0.0, but other than that I have experience in towns already, since I own 1 and Co-Own 3. FuryFudge, thank you for applying. You've been a member of Aquila for a while now, and I appreciate your help so far. However, I have not seen you in Aquila chat or being active within the town to a point where I'm comfortable enough to give you a Co-Mayor position. This can easily be improved upon, and I would like you to work on that for the time-being. Unfortunately, I will be denying your application. If you improve your activeness in the Aquila chat channel, and the community itself, I will be happy to add you as a leader. Please give it some time between your next application so I can see whether you have truly improved your activity/performance. I suggest at least waiting until the beginning of March. Username: nicoviacava1210 How long have you been a member of Aquila?: Wow, since my Resident days so that's like before October 2013 What Job do you hold in Aquila?: I was a Senior Farmer Which leadership position would you prefer to hold?: Head Farmer What are your activity levels in the town and server as a whole?: I'm extremely active in the whole server but not so much in the town but I will re-take my activity in town because this was my first town and I feel I belong in here Why do you want to become a leader of Aquila?: I want to become a leader of Aquila because this is one of the best towns and it has a great person as a Mayor and this was my first town where I met my first friends and where I became dedicated to ECC. I also want to help Aquila to the max and become a successful and beatiful town! What specifically puts you ahead of other applicants?: I really don't like putting myself above other but in the past I was extremely dedicated to Aquila and I will be. I have a strong dedication to my goals and I complete them nevermind what. I'm an extremely cheerful and respectful person.
