Welcome to to The Underworld! I am your gracious (sometimes) Netherlord. Ascalon is a friendly and active town for users to fish, trade, and store their precious items. As the town grows in population, be on the lookout for new things to do! As of now there is: Hades' Fishery Potato/Pumpkin Farms Plots for sale NetherMarket To be a: Resident of the town: Buy a plot Vendor: Rent a stall for NetherMarket. Either way, you must agree to the following rules: 1. No Griefing - Griefing is destroying property that does not belong to you. This applies to the town itself and other players. 2. No Mining - Your plots/stalls floors have already been laid with stone. You are not allowed to dig/mine y=63 or lower. If you would like a different floor, use carpet, build one block higher, or let me know. 3. Respect others - This goes for anyone in Ascalon. If using local chat, please be respectful to other users. Do not steal/harass/or cause issues that are not needed. 4. Replant - The farms work best when there is something to farm. After you farm anything, make sure it is replanted. (Replant potatoes, Make sure pumpkin stalks aren't broken) If tilled soil becomes dirt again, till it. 5. Fix Accidents - If you accidentally break something that was not yours, please put it back. If you need help notify me via Ingame PM, Mail, for Forum PM. However, don't just fix things you happen to find, message me first. 6. Offline - If you are offline for more than 7 days without informing me (Server Policy), you will be evicted. 7. Trade Signs - You will have no trade signs unless you are the current owner of a shop stall. Trade signs will only be in that shop stall. You do not have to be a resident of the town to rent a stall. Breaking any of these rules and/or Server rules can/will get you removed from the town. Your perms will be removed (Evicted) . You will be notified of your eviction via Forum PM , and then will have 3 days to message me about retrieving your things. (Server Policy) After day 3, consider your possessions donated. Donated items may be tossed to the ground at Spawn or in lava in the Nether.
