@BobbyBlack will add @neecoalage as a region owner of Assets (https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/additional-town-application-bobbyblack.197155/) in server within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

@BobbyBlack will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @neecoalage will become the new owner.

@neecoalage will transfer $1,500,000 to @BobbyBlack within 24 hours of the contract's approval.

This application may be used for a town transfer in the near future.
