The prices are really good for the med houses, why do they jump so much for the not-much-larger larges?
@stin23 Much more time consuming to make, and a lot more supplies are needed to create them. Also location factors in, home #11 is backed on to a lake with a dock, therefore making it much more desirable and #12 is HUGE and smack in the middle of town. Anything else @Maco20047
The main thing is, there are/will be far more small and medium houses, but largers will be less as common. #12 is considered an exclusive house (the only only of that siaze available in the town).
