4 different sections.

Two towns dedicated to reeds, length wise. One town dedicated to Melon, and one town dedicated to Pumpkin.

Each farm will be built up to 60ish levels.

But if Andrew sold perms to a 10,000x10,000 block 32 story farm for 1mil, would you buy perms? Probably not. Sure, you'd make your money back with practically unlimited farming space, but where are you gonna get 1mil to make that investment in the first place?

Sure, if I had 80k I might buy perms, but I don't, so I can't. Even if I made my money back in 5 seconds, I still can't, because i don't have 80k.

 

For all those still confused. We probably won't start selling permissions to the farms till summer, that is plenty of time to earn 80k/100k. I mean sneaky earned about 400k in about half a week. Also it will be lifetime permissions to the biggest farm on ecc.

 

Farm at a different farm until you get the money? Maybe get a loan? Sell unwanted and unneeded things? I can think of plenty of ways for you to get 80k for this amazing farm. If you're to lazy or think you can't do it, well, then thats your own fault. Its an investment just as Jetscat said, if getting a loan and being able to make back much more than you paid, with some handwork is too much then maybe you shouldn't even farm. I used to make about 20k at day with pumpkin farming without even trying. WITH trying you could easily make /atleast/ 30k and you would easily be able to pay back the loan/pay for perms yourself. Not to mention all of the other crops at you disposal. With perms to the farm you can make a /very/ good profit depending on what you like to farm.

 

This is $80,000, not $1,000,000. The investment is very tiny compared to how much you can make back. After calculations, and doing it many times. Along with kukes calculations, you can make the money back within 5 hours. You have the perms for life. This farm is for the rich, I don't want to keep it at a lower price, where it'll be constantly griefed. We won't be changing any prices, if you don't want perms, that's fine, I know many "Elite" farmers that'll be picking up perms for places like Atlanta, Farm, etc.

 

Not buying, that is WAY too much for perms. Especially I payed 5k for perms then it gets torn down, I personally :mad:HATE:mad: THIS I WISH I COULD SAY WHAT I WANT, BUT NO I WOULD GET BANNED SOOOOO BYE ALTANTA :(((((((( :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hmmm, what a shame. Even though it is overpriced and that I will make back money quickly, I have just lost interest in farming.
However, I was the first member to buy perms to Atlanta :D so maybe I can get a discount...
