    Do you have so many towns that buying a new one would be waaayyy to expensive?
    If so, you've came to the right place
    I will be selling one( just 1) town that you can legaly call your own
    I will make it on watever 4 cords you want.
    Once the town app is accepted. I add you as co owner and remove my self.
    Why am i doing this?
    I want to get tycoon and dont want another city :laugh:

    psshhh the main owner is still you and it is still listed under you when you get president
    Town transfer gone so you will still get the benefits of the president tag even if you sell it :p

    That's the idea. He wants to be prez but has no need for the town. Also all u have to do is get the owner to make you a comayor then remove them as "comayor". But make sure u get lots of screenshots of the deal, just in case something happens down the road. And if I read your statement wrong and u are agreeing with him then disregard my statement.

    I'll offer 50k for your town. Let me know if your interested.
