Use http://imgur.com to upload the pictures. You can find them by clicking on your windows icon and type in
"%appdata%" Go into roaming->Minecraft->Screenshots and click on those to upload them to imgur. Hope I helped!

Also, I'm a bit confused at your additional information.

If you did not see the plot, how do you know he was scamming? Could you please clarify?

You can upload screenshots by using photobucket, imgur, or other such sources. To find your screenshots go to your .minecraft file > screenshots > Pictures of the Felon

-Him auctioning the plot
-You winning the auction
-A payment to him for the plot

You will have 24 hours to reply with the following evidence. If the evidence is not given within 24 hours, please submit another complaint with said evidence.

If I am correct, RANDOM2580 has agreed to give you the plot if you have proof.

As a tip, always take screenshots of all transactions that occur on EcoCityCraft as you never know what will happen. Always be careful when you buy/trade with other users as scamming does happen, unfortunately. Be sure to buy/trade from trusted users or users that you personally trust to help stop scamming from occurring.
