there is a reply button under the like/winner icons, and IF he meant ends at 11:59 as in 11:59 is the last minute bids can be placed then it is mine. As I said, it is up to Jbuks in what he meant.

 

normally when you say "at [whatever time]" it ends when it hits that time frame
