Hi ECC,I am currently looking for somebody to build me an EPIC mansion! I have picked the two designs I am most interested (posted at the bottom). I will fund all materials required for the house, as well as the land in my town. I also have Pyro, Water, and EXT creations if those are needed. I will select which house I want built based on the applications I get, but still answer each question with a response for both houses. I would strictly like to stick to every detail of these two houses that are in the video. However, some are not possible due to my town being built over water. Therefore, do not worry about the basement builds. blowtube123 In the application, you can put a number that you think is REASONABLE. If I feel it is too high, it is unlikely you will be picked.
I dont give numbers xd, its either you give me one or i wont build it, there's no point in posting a thread like this because everyone is gonna reply to it just because its for money, it seems to me your not going off skill, your going off price and its very annoying, im not gonna charge 50k for something worth 100k. I would never apply for something like this based off money its not worth it at all, i charge off of how detailed you want, size, and materials, i dont give you some willy nilly number, but it seems that your trying to do that here, just wait for the cheapest number then get a crap build.

Thank you for your reply. However, I had contact you previously and you gave me numbers that I believed were outrageous and I could never think of paying. I feel that this is how I would like people to apply and that is what I think is best for me to understand what the customer wants.
Do what you want but the price they are giving you is more of an inexperienced price and the house will more than likely turn out ot be crap, my prices are high for a reason and many people respect that because they know what thier paying for, like i say you pay for what you get, so if your cheap you get crappy build, unlike me you pay a good amount and get almost everything you want inside your budget, but with this thread people are doing for as cheap as possible to beat the other person in price and your house will more than likely turn out to be a piece of crap.
If you would like to be considered for the job, please make an application and include the price you think would be required for you to do it.

Thats fine. Because if your mansion turns out to be poop. Its your fault. You had a chance to change that.
