In the event you have a planned leave for even several months, simply let Crezarius know and your home will be saved. Vacant Plots: If your construction project has not begun within a week, an eviction notice will be served. You will have 3 days to do something with your plot. If no sign of activity is shown, your will forfeit your plot and any payments received. Spoiler: What we roughly looked like back in December 2012 when the world map was still running. Can I buy the Penthouse in the 20x20 Apartments and KMaxwells one payment Unlimited Repairs if possible? Also, is the apartment one payment or would I have to pay every month or so?
Oh yea, forgot to cover how that works. All payments are one time. They are NOT monthly with the exception you decide to run a store. I'll update my original post with details about inactivity and how that works in town. Your the first person to answer so you get full choice of anything which means you should be good to get the Penthouse and you can absolutely get a repair chest from KMaxwell.
Now Selling Apartments in Awesometopia's most luxurious building, the large Mossy Cobblestone building. The Building has two different apartment sizes. You can either purchase half a floor for $8000 or the whole floor for $15 000. These are very large apartments. The floors are designed to have a 5 block area. You can either increase the size of your apartment or change the ceiling and floor however you please leaving you 3 blocks. There are a couple additional perks to living in these buildings you do not normally receive, automatically in Awesometopia. First, free access to the 32x32x12 melon farm and secondly a free onsite enchanted repair chest courtesy of KMaxwell! Also if you wish you may run a store in the lobby or floor 2 or 3 free of charge! (The large shops would still have a cost) Come check them out, they are right beside our portal.

New Feature Building! the large netherbrick skyscraper has finally been fully prepared for sale. All 31 floors now have lifts signs to them and range in price from $750 to $2000. All floors are 2 blocks thick so you may change the first block of the floor and ceiling to customize the carpet design or lighting plan! Purchase multiple floors and connect apartments. I saw the luxurious mossy cobblestone building today. I am interested in purchasing an entire floor. I have been saving up for quite some time and this will be my first purchase of a home. Are any right next to each other? Because I might want to squish them together. Is that alright? And any height limits on them? Also, how much does it cost to give other people perms?
You can definitely squish them into larger plots. gets you a smidgeon more space for nothing as the block spacing between properties becomes yours at no extra cost. Several are together. The 10x10s and 15x15s are all together. height limits? nope. The taller the building, the better You can only go down to level 41 though. KMaxwell and I have been working on an underground city between our two cities that gos up to level 39 How much to add other people? Nothing at all. I may change that down the road but not in the foreseeable future.
