My other apeal got locked becuase a person called kukelekuuk00 said yu cnt lift an xray apeaal i saw another guy called bazraz123 and his ban got lifted y is that he got his ban lifted and not mine?

It looks to me as if that person never xrayed, despite another account xrayed on his computer. Your account xrayed, no matter who was controlling the account. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We do not unban for xray.
