    Clause I: General Trolling, Harassment and Common Sense

    Regardless of whether in the wild or in a protected town, any excessive purposeful attempt to kill someone in a non-PvP area by any means, including with donation perks such as lava or water, is considered both harassment and trolling, and is completely punishable with a ban.

    Thank you for doing as I asked and thus ensuring you have read that rule. You are a resident, which means you have agreed in your resident application that you read the server rules. The fact that you did this, tells me you did not read them very thoroughly. The severity of your actions, considering you were repetitively attempting to kill the player, and the fact that you have not been offline very long, has led me to decide that I will give you a 5 hour tempban. During this time please read the server rules in full and assure that you won't be having to write a new appeal again.
