You as a mayor already understand why we have our caps filter and why we punish people who spam, it is annoying to other users and often just a way of trolling, this under no circumstances will be tolerated and will next to always result in a ban if it is persistent. I should not have to explain to a mayor, one of our higher ranked users our server rules. So I will just say this, repeated bans or complains will result in more severe punishments each time. Since you already know our rules because you agreed to have read them all and understood them when you applied for resident I am imposing a 6 hour temp ban, for breaking rules you stated that you fully understood.
