    Reason: banned for building an inappropriate structure
    Counter reason: I realize know that the word I wrote in dirt could be considered offensive. However griefing is allowed in the mining world and their retaliation was inappropriate in a way that they tried to burn me with lava which is against the rule because you arenot allowed to do anything that may harm, hurt, or kill a player so again i feel they went unpunished. Please reconsider unbanning me and thank you for creating such a fun server.
    Evidence: again I was banned before I could screen shot the evidence and the conversation in which they violated more rules than I did. And i realize the term I wrote was inappropriate.

    @os76 , You were not banned for griefing this time so I don't see why that's being brought up. The people who placed the lava were already punished and shouldn't be discussed in your ban appeal.

    @os76 , Before I can consider unbanning you I need you to type the reason for your ban (the whole thing) and then go to our rules and look up the rule you broke and explain it to me in your own words. I want you to understand that you were not banned for griefing, too.

    What pops up on my computer screen is banned for inappropriate structures and I understand why I was banned
    The clause would be 1.2.1 or 4.3 clause 3 if you are looking for specifics

    Banned for inappropriate structures, due to what I wrote with dirt into the ground. Clause 4.2.2 vulgarity because the word written in dirt was offensive. And clause 2.1 disallowed structures because it can be considered offensive. What I did was wrong and I hope this meets the qualifications for becoming unbanned. Thank you

    From what Railefbear tells me, the Staff had given out multiple warnings around the time that you built the structure. Yet you ignored them and then proceeded to write something inappropriate with dirt on the ground. This is not acceptable at all and ignoring staff is only going to result in being kicked and/or banned.

    Similarly, as Railefbear mentioned above the actions of others are not relevant to your ban appeal. Retaliation or similar is never an excuse for you to break the rules. If you feel like someone has broken the rules, then file a complaint or inform a member of Staff. Do not take matters into your own hands.

    I am going to be unbanning you, but with a 5hr temp ban. This is calculated as a combination of the circumstances of your actions, writing an inappropriate word in dirt & ignoring staff warnings prior to doing so. During this time I want you to read our Server Rules and ensure that you understand them all to avoid situations like this again in the future.

    Locked - os76's ban reduced to a 5hr temp ban
