im not sure, under section 4, clause 3 these types of conversations must be kept out of the public chat and it was. There was no vulgarity under clause 2. and i quote"As such, there are many touchy subjects that we do not allow in our public channels in order to keep the peace" I was never asked to change or stop the subject or conversation as required by clause 3​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

No rules were broken. All of the screen shots were of a private conversation. I did not start the political or religious comments please review all comments and see who started this if you can. I did not threaten anyone except for the comment <Staff Edit> This is an opinion. This is no different that stating that a criminal should be shot for their crimes. There were no comments or threats directed to any other persons or property. <Staff Edit> They were my personal world views. Any other other comments were simply again a private conversation between 2 people. There was no harassment I said nothing to degrade or harass this player. This player or staff never asked me to stop talking to him and I do not believe that there is anything wrong with a personal opinion. This other player was telling me his opinions. I was not looking to hurt anyone or discriminate specifically against anyone. However I believe that people are allowed to have opinions. In the future I plan to simply avoid all conversations regrading religion or politics on this and any other server.​

 

well again under the network rules section 4 chat, channels and discussions, under clause 3 there is nothing that states inappropiate/ touchy subjects and discussions can not be done in a private message. Whammerist5 next time you would like some one to stop chatting with you a request might help end the conversation. If staff could please better define that these subjects should not be posted in any chat even a pm would be helpfull. This player simply does not like me and has it in for me. please stick to the rules posted in the forums.

 

After further review of the rules under section 4 clause 2 the 4th point prejudicial language is not allowed. if allowed to return I will avoid all prejudicial comments from any form of chat. These words said were my opinions. If allowed to return I will avoid non minecraft or eco subjects in the future due to my strong opinions.
