Minecraft Username: AJCowLover Reason of Ban: Loan Scamming @RaginDevonian Rule violated: Scamming Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: The rules mean that scamming a player hurts them because you are stealing their hard earned money, and you are causing them distress. Additionally, it means that you are pretty much stealing their money, and are not being a good player at all. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I know I have been banned for scamming, and I should have known better, but at that time I was very busy and was not able to get on at the time. However, this time I am owed money from madmax, and here is the complaint http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/maximparas-ban-appeal.118489/#post-639111 so I will be getting 35k, which will cover my debt to ragindevonian, and additionally I would like to apologize, as I did not mean to scam, it was circumstantial, but I assure you, that you will get paid.

Thank you for wishing to appeal, @AJCowLover. You were banned for scamming @RaginDevonian $30,000. Your original ban appeal for this amount owed can be found here, which was a result of this complaint. Your previous appeal you were unbanned and told to pay back the money in a matter of 7 days, which you failed to do, resulting in this ban. This time I expect you to once again read the rules which can be found here, and you will be paying back @RaginDevonian in a matter of 7 days from your unban. As this isn't your first offense, I will be temp-banning you for 7 days. Then you need to pay @RaginDevonian his money within 7 days from your unbanning. Your ban will be lifted March 9th, 2015. Your money will be due March 16, 2015. How you wish to pay back the money (All at once, in intervals, in a sign, using direct /pay command, etc) can be determined between you and @RaginDevonian. I recommend forum pm'ing to work out how you will pay it back to ensure this type of ban doesn't happen again, as you have plenty of time before you're unbanned to think it through and work out a plan.
