Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule is very self-explanatory, it means that if you scam another user of their hard earned eco-dollars, than you will be banned.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Well, I have been banned before for this reason, and the main reason it happened this time was because I was under a lot of stress with college at the time, and I informed the user of this as well. Additionally, I have paid back users when banned, and would like to offer the same kind of deal to Jmillertime, because I scammed him, I would like to pay back how much is owed to him, and what he thinks what be fair. I was just in a tough spot with schoolwork and will make sure not to take any loans and to just work hard on the server. At the end of this, I will post a link to the complaint that was filed against me, in which I explained to the user that I was just busy during that time. Additionally, it has been about 7 months since I have been banned from ECC and think I am ready to be back and will make sure this does not happen again, it was just things that came up and I wasn't able to pay attention to minecraft, but now that it is summer vacation, I would like to get back to the great community ECC is. Thank you.
