This rule was broken by myself in regards to not fulfilling contracts.

Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
Pretty simple, scamming, in my personal case, resulted from receiving goods/services and not fulfilling agreed upon terms in return as a result of the agreed upon terms.
Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:
It has been a long time since I last player, I don't even remember when. I would like to play again and I realize that in order to have the opportunity to be apart of this community again I must make amends. So I am ready to work towards repaying any and all debts that I have. Look over the past year I keep checking back on this server to see what is new. And over time I have really realized how nostalgic I feel, and how bad I want to return to the server. I am willing to use usd to pay off my debts and am willing to work in game I just want to start again with a fresh start.

 

This is taking awfully long to get a reply...If you guys are discussing if you should actually unban let me answer this question for you. How am I going repay my loans? Well I really miss playing this game and I plan on playing consistently and I don't forsee me losing interest in the game like I have in the past. I also am going to use USD to help me with the process of paying off my debts.

 

Ok here it is I am sorry. I am sorry for causing everybody time, money and grief. I would like to return to this game. I feel I have definitely taken time to mature and think about things.

I think the most important question I can answer is what is different about this ban appeal as compared to the others? Well this time I plan on getting back to a clean slate the moment I get unbanned I am not going give it time. Reason being is because if I give it time I do not want to end up losing interest in the game and then taking a break from the game before I have paid off all my debts. Which is the reason why I believe I have failed to pay off my previous loans, plus a non serious attitude. I am serious now, I just want a clean slate with this game so I am going to try my hardest and work with people as best as I can. That is why I am going to make sure my debts are clear ASAP. Then when the time comes that I lose interest in the game temporarily I can take a break and not have to worry about unpaid debts.

 

I think it is because I said the mods are taking for ever, that they are showing me that they can take forever with their reply...I am sorry I said that in the first place it was inappropriate.
