At the time since I did not see the specific part in the rules that following someone into a public channel on a private teamspeak server was considered harassment and I thought that when staff told me that they were wrong because it wasn't directly in the rules, and for not stopping when I should have (when staff told me to) I am sorry. Also id like to apologize to master Domox for upsetting him somehow to make him not want me in his channel, I hope we can get past this issue and become friends or at least acquaintances. Id also like to apologize to all the staff I disobeyed and yelled at during this situation, that was very immature of me and very disrespectful.
Seeing as bacca does this to @DOMOX12345 and I on a regular basis i feel the need to post. Im going to assume staff is aware already that he does this but bacca likes to follow people into channels after asked to stop. He often makes ridiculous sounds or is constantly recording and it gets annoying. When staff tell him to stop he says please tell me exactly in the rules where it says I cant do this. Everyday xpure or smorezs would tell him it falls under harassment but he doesnt care. I hope he doesnt get a light punishment because he is incredibly rude and annoying in teamspeak
@MSU_Spartans OKAY I hope this post doesn't get deleted but xpure told me it is only harassment if I record when I follow someone and smorze hasn't warned me for it in nearly a year if she ever has warned me for it. ALso would like to appoligize for my buggy mic that sometimes decides to stop working and fills with static. Also ive only recorded in there twice and that's because I didn't like the way I was being treated by you.
@BaccaAMP Use your common sense. Doing something because the rules don't explicitly say you can't does not make it a good idea. Its actually attempting to bend the rules when you were told to stop doing something. I don't understand what is so hard about respecting users and being cooperative. Also I have witnessed some of your behavior on TS, if you changed how you acted towards people they wouldn't try to avoid you and this whole issue wouldn't be a thing. Maybe one day you will learn that. Clean up your behavior or I will make sure you won't be using TS for a very long time. Unbanned
