Rule Violated:

section 3 clause 6 ownership : Items that have a designated ownership belong to that player no matter how they have been obtained after the ownership has been set. Staff may require you to return an owned item to its designated owner should one be found in your possession.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

That if you have a tool owned by another user than you must return it to them or face the consequences​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

First I want to start off apologizing to @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey and @AceThunder for not returning the tool owned by them. I shouldn't have kept it in the first place I should've done the right thing and given it back as soon as I picked it up. My ignorance of the rules in no excuse but I wish for forgiveness. I thought in the rules where it says " You will be required to know your item ID # displayed on your tool and send it to a ServerAdmin for any investigation." that they have to show the user id but I should've read more into that and shouldn't have tried to pull a stupid move In general. Now on to why I should be unbanned: I feel I should be unbanned because now after rereading the rules I see how this was wrong and looking back on it, I was very rude, childish, and immature to try and play hide and seek the tool. I realize how wrong this is now and wish I would've opened my eyes and realized it while their was still time for me to fix things. I cause a lot of unnecessary trouble while just trying to get a little laugh out of it and shouldn't have put others feelings on the line (if this upset blaze and ace I know it would've upsett me) to try and make myself laugh. It was very childish and is something that I vow to never do again. People learn with the making of mistakes and I feel I have with this situation. Again id like to apologize to blaze, ace, and all of the staff team for causing such a un needed ruckus. I hope you can all forgive me and consider unbanning me.
