Minecraft Username: BENHRITZKO Reason of Ban: I was loaned 52k from a player named Essidi, i was supposed to pay him 62k back but i haven't been able to get on enough to make the money. So basicaly i was banned because i didn't payback a loan. Rule violated: A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means that i need to pay back the money I borrowed from someone in the given time that we agreed on or it will be punishable. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Firstly the only reason I took the loan is because I was scammed by @Kick_Me_1235. how he did it is he said he would lotto team and I didnt know what it meant so he told me that we pay each other back if we lose so i payed him 75K because thats how much he said he spent. So after that he told me to drop 100k in the lotto (I had won the previous lotto) so I did. When i didnt win i asked for my 100k back and he said then for the first time that he would only pay me back if he won! So if i knew that I would have never put that much in the lotto and i asked for atleast my 75k back and he said he was not gonna give it back because he said I gave it to him out of my own free will and also he had already spent it. And the one thing i wanted to get was kit MIQ so i took out the loan to get it. The second reason i think i should be unbanned is because I have a friend with 82k MGninja and he would give me 62k to pay it off when i could get back on if @Essidi still wants it. The 3rd and final reason i think i should be unbanned is because this is my first ban and i have seen other people get second chances and they never got banned again. Also i don't think i will get a stupid loan I can't pay off.

Thank you for appealing. First of all, so that you are aware in the future, we do not support user-to-user agreements when it comes to teaming in lotto. As for the loan, whenever you take a loan from someone you need to make sure that you can pay it back in full within the agreed time. If you feel you can't make that kind of money back within that time then its best not to accept the loan in the first place. This user worked hard for the money he lent you, and should not have to worry about the money being paid back. I will unban you this time seeing as this is your first offense, but you will be required to pay this loan back in full by July 30th, 2014. Failure to do so will give @Essidi the right to file another complaint which will result in a longer ban. Before unbanning you I will be issuing you a three day temp-ban for this. During this time I would like you to come up with a few ways you can make the money back in time. Temp-banned 3 days/loan due July 30th, 2014
