Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to: Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own.
Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).

If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed. Exceptions may be made to this in certain scenarios such as inappropriate username bans.

If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The first rule (Clause 2 - Scamming) means that scamming is not allowed and whatever deal you make, you must uphold your end of it.
The second rule, (Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts) means that using an alternate account to bypass a ban is not allowed and using one for financial gain is forbidden.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel that I should be unbanned because while I did unintentionally scam the 2 users above, I did not bypass my ban. I truly indeed gave my alt to my sister for her to use and experience ecc through about 2 days ago (after I was banned) and she used it to play other servers before even coming to join this server. However, the only thing i really did was give her tips and advise on how to make money and I told her who I owed and how much. She was willing to help me pay most of my debts back since I was letting her have my account. I will work to repay the 2 users listed above back for the loans they've given me or etc. I apologize for breaching the trust of these 2 users and I hope one day in the future I can fully regain their trust once again. Finally, to avoid future confusion, I will be reclaiming my sister's account and will get her a brand new minecraft account some time in the future. I apologize for working around the rules to unfairly decrease my debt. Now that I know it is wrong I apologize and will not do this again.

Well, honestly, giving my alt to my sister to use was my hope of lessening my debts until I got unbanned. and my sister successfully paid 75k towards Obblebobble's debt and like 20k towards Matrix's debt but now that she's banned, I honestly have no way of shrinking my debt apart from my brothers AceThunder and StormBoltX who are both rather inactive on the server. but to get to the point, I should've just been responsible and taken responsibility over my own debt and not given my alt to my sister to pay it with.

 

I could agree to those terms.
And I had no idea letting my sister use my account to help pay off my debt was against the rules.. I apologize.

 

I wish it wasn't violating any rules but the way Jamie put it makes sense. It was my account and it wasn't fair to hand it over to my sister in order to start paying off my debts. Especially since I was banned at the time.
