Please explain
- Abuse of any exploits, bugs, or glitches can result in a punishment based on the severity of abuse. Those are unfair "advantages" that can cause major issues for everyone on the server.
- When exploits are found, they need reported to the server owner immediately.
- Being a good sport and reporting issues (mainly severe exploits) could benefit you more than abusing them would. Game play is to be kept fair for everyone.
This means that you are not allowed to use a glitch to your advantage to make money. You must report it right away.
Reason you feel you should be unbanned:
I was honestly not aware this was illegal. A18 had told me jmichael214 had asked him to find ways to take the money and told me that I should help him. I was very nervous about getting in trouble but he kept assuring me that I wouldn't and it was perfectly legal. If I had know this was a glitch I would've reported it right away. Today I talked with dewsy about it and I felt so bad. I then returned the money to dewsy that I took. I'd like to apologize to all of ecc for what I did. This is not the kinda guy I want to be. I'm sorry to @jmichael214 for taking this money. I should never have taken the money these ppl lost. I have paid back all the money that was taken to dewsy.

I'm honestly disgusted with the users who have done this. Personally I believe everyone who stole money from charity should be permabanned with no appeal. It's not okay at all to steal from users who are doing nothing but good for the community. Knowing that my money would not be going to the victims but instead to theives I would not have donated. How did you not realize what you were doing was wrong?

Hi @bmanvman, I'm glad to see that you are looking to appeal your ban.
Let me put this bluntly, what you did was not only against the rules but it was very unethical. I personally would struggle to live with myself in your situation knowing that you've not only taken money which didn't belong to you, you've taken it from victims of a horrific scam which has given a lot of players a lot of grief and by doing this you've only gone and made things worse for them.
Although you've paid Dewsy the money back you've not only let down jmichael and the staff team down but you've let the server down as a whole, as somebody with the rank of Tycoon people look up to you and by doing this you've let yourself down. You knew perfectly well what you were doing, even going as far and saying how much you needed the money for EcoLeader without hesitating to think about the people you could be affecting by taking this money.
To conclude, what you did was irresponsible and selfish, you stole money from scamming victims which in mine and many other peoples eyes makes you look as bad as the scammer himself. Although you have said sorry this doesn't get over the fact of what you did, you've damaged users who trusted you on ECC, users who didn't deserve to have this happen to them.
I'm going to be giving you a 3 day temp ban which many users will feel is quite lenient however I feel like the bigger punishment is letting down all those who put trust in you and how once you do come back online you will have to work on making them trust you once more. I reccomend in these 3 days that you read our server rules to make sure you are fully aware of our policies towards exploits.
Hopefully this will be a lesson and will persuade you from not breaking the rules in the future, I hope to see you online soon.
