As I mentioned earlier, you and your buddies were huge trolls tonight. This is absolutely unacceptable in our community. You all caused a lot of drama tonight, giving many long term members a real unpleasant. Many people come here to relax from a long day of work and have some fun with friends. By trolling chat, this ruins the fun for everyone. This isn’t going to be as simple as a quick apology an hour after your mute and another quick appeal after your last Denied appeal.

Couple things I need you to do before you can potentially be unmuted:

1.) I would like you to wait at least 24 hours before posting another appeal.
2.) I would like you to read our wiki, which you can find here. Specifically, our chat rules, but it’s best to read the entire thing.
3.) After reading the wiki, quote the EXACT rule you broke, then explain what the rule means in your own words so I can believe you understand it.
4.) In the reason you should be unmuted, I would like a better explanation on why you should be unbanned. A simple “I’m sorry” and “I promise to not do it again” is not good enough for what you did tonight.

Please give me at least two paragraphs, at least four sentences long for each, showing me that you are ready to rejoin our chat. I would like the first one to explain to me why racism/racist remarks are extremely inappropriate in any public chat and how other people can be affected by it. The second paragraph, I want you to explain to me why we should unmute you & what you will change if we do decide to unmute you.
