Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I feel like this ban was a bit harsh especially knowing the circumstances. I do not feel that I was given sufficient time (less then 24 hours, hell maybe less then 14) to rectify the issue. I feel that the way I was notified about a problem could have been handled differently. I am well aware of our servers rules and fully respect them, I am generally not a rule breaker and feel that I should be allowed to continue to play on ECC. This rule was in no way intentionally violated and never would be intentionally violated. I play on a server which does allow the use of hacked clients and was met with that server apparently not being connectable and my client being forced onto a server I do not even play on.

Am I sorry for violating this rule? Absolutely as I would never intentionally do this.​
