Minecraft Username: Cmf97351 Reason: Severe disrespect to other players and not following mod requests. Counter-Reason: Let me tell you the whole story of what happened. I paid Purrguin (Tycoon) 5K to give me unlimited repairs of tools. I asked him for a repair, so he teleported to my house. He repaired the axes but then he stole from all my chests (which I had made about 5 minutes earlier) which had the resources I had just mined for about 6 hours. As you can imagine I was extremely angry, because he had stolen my stuff. Besides, he is a tycoon, so he has no real need for my stuff. Anyways, I never actually sweared or anything. I called him a 'faggot' and a 'ratassed fag', which was just a spur of the moment word that came to my mind [for some reason]. I'm sorry if I made any disrespect to anyone else on the server, but my counter-reason for being banned is that it was Purrguin's fault in the first place. As the mods said, it's not against the rules.. it still doesn't warrant calling someone what you called me. Having your friend spam me and then insulting me in open chat, not a good way to get someone to do favors for you.
Lock your chests. It is your responsibility to lock your resources unless you want others to have access. Giving other people access means you are okay with them taking your items. Likewise, not locking a chest means you are okay with anyone taking your items. Now for the record, it sucks that Purrguin is allowed to do that, and think that its okay to do this. However, it is not illegal. Calling him a faggot/fag, is not acceptable. Continuing to name call when Mods are talking is not acceptable. Your Spur of the moment choice was a bad one, and lets face it, those words from your account is not the only time its been said. The fact that you think its okay to use those words, and use them as an insult is bad, the fact that you used them is worse. Also, a Supermod will need to review the case and if agreement is found in your case you can be unbanned. However, I must state that you not taking accountability for your own actions is ... displeasing.
This is my anser: NO! as above the mods said that if theres no lock every one has rights to take it. and also if u have minec valable stuff put it somewhere safe and doble check. and sence when dose tycoons not need anything. i think your disrespecting him tons more than hes disrespecting you -- With Truth Als02
