    Reason: Greifing in Brookhaven

    Counter Reason: The owner of Brookhaven didn't tell me a lot of things. he never said the apartments were for rent. and also he never said that you had to replant whatever you harvested in the PUBLIC wheat garden. also there were no signs anywhere to be found stating either of these two statements. I just assumed that I bought the apartment and I didn't find out until later that i was renting it for $800 Eco dollars a week. He told me nothing. Later I told him about the garden that it needed fixing. and he said ok. he hired an investigator and found out it was me who "griefed" it. i log off. later i try and log in and it says i am banned by Revanrose6. I don't believe this ban is fair because 1. he never told me to replant whatever i harvested. and 2. there were no signs up stating that all harvested wheat must be replanted. Please read my story and decide whether or not i deserve a ban. If you come to the conclusion that i do then please tell me how long i am banned for.

    I am glad that you want to appeal your ban and rejoin us here on EcoCityCraft, but before you do, there are a few things that I want to say. Griefing in our protected towns is not allowed on this server, and when the damage is sufficient enough, we issue a ban to the offending griefer. As for what you did, not replanting a fields of crops, it should be common knowledge that a user needs to replant fields after use. While most users do state it in signs or agreements to be sure, it should always be taken as common knowledge for this. Since this is your first offense on this server, the punishment that will be issued will be a four-hour temp ban to read our server rules, found here, and to think about your actions that you took. Hope fully the actions that lead to this ban will not be repeated once you are unbanned, as if your name appears in this section again to appeal a ban, you will face more severe punishment.

    Rule Broken: Section II Clause I: Grief in the Main World.

    User issued four hour temp ban.
