Clause 4 - Common Sense and Bending the Rules
While this is a gaming environment, EcoCityCraft is also a very large community. As such, we expect that all players use their common sense. Be a good sport and a friendly community member.
Common sense extends to not bending the rules. Bending the rules constitutes as very severe trolling, and is not tolerated in any form.
Encouraging others to break the rules is not using your common sense.
Interrupting or stealing items from server events is not using your common sense.

Ok, time for me to explain.
Two days before I got banned, on the night of when I was quiting, I saw drewbo_ on and said in chat," drew, ik what you did and you will not be unpunished for it!" Matrix_rep then called and msg'ed me on Skype saying," You get him banned, you get me banned!" I got some evidence of my own out of that conversation and called up my cousin ( knowing he was involved with there little deals ) saying," Do you have any evidence on drewbo_ or matrix?" He responded with," Yea I believe so." I then told Jamie about everything I knew off and told him to talk to my cousin for more. Matrix then got banned so I got off and didn't go on Skype or ig till the next day. When I got on that day, my cousin msg'ed me saying," I spent 2 hours today digging up evidence on drewbo_ and I got him perma'd." I was like ok good job! I then got off till the next day when I see a msg for him saying," You got perma'd." I was confused as heck so I msg'ed Jamie on Skype asking," wtf happened?" He said," my cousin submitted false evidence and I was banned for being an accomplice and advocating him to talk to me."
I should be unbanned because I had no idea what my cousin did. He was the one that gave Jamie evidence about drewbo_ and not me. I CANNOT CONTROL WHAT HE SAYS OR DOES. I can understand the part when I told Jamie to talk to him, but when I am not on when he sends Jamie the evidence and I am banned for it, I find hard to believe.​
