swole_outpostPlease explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
don't destroy other buildings and don't steal other peoples stuffReason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:
Because the Persons from which I break stuff of his house, stole all, really all of my stuff and for this, he breaks my house. He said I stole his stuff, but I saved it because he was offline and there already was stolen much stuff when he was online again I told him that I have his stuff and wanted to give it back to him but he didn't take it so it has despawned, because I leave him. So he breaks my house and stole all my stuff and I break some blocks of his house so he gives it back to me but then I was banned. I know it was wrong to grief him but I was really sad and kind of angry about my loss so I had no idea what to do so I did it. Thank you for your help. :)
P.S.: His name was MightyMommy, or like that, you can ask LegoGamerPlayz what happend.

Hi @Eumeldeumel23
Thanks for taking the time for to make this ban appeal!
Unfortunatly griefing someone elses property is not a suitable retaliation in this situation, as grief, no matter the reason, will always result in punishment. In addition, taking items from unlocked chests are not a punishable offense, as it is your responsibility to /lock chests correctly.
However, your appeal seems genuine, and so I will be chaninging your ban to a 24 hour tempban. In this time, I hope you read up on our rules and guidelines on griefing, and how to report it correctly, as to avoid situations like this again.
