    Reason: He was banned for "x-raying" and he wasn't x-raying.

    Counter-Reason: He was a great friend and I know he would never use x-ray in EcoCityCraft. Some of his friends in real life know he wasn't using x-ray.

    Evidence: His friends in real life have told me that he wasn't using x-ray.

    He did X-ray, he said so in his Ban appeal, our Super-Mods work hard on catching rule breakers like him, it ruins the game for people around him.
