Counter-Reason: Listen people, gionparti said that he uses x-ray in other places (servers/singleplayer) but not in ECC. He doesn't deserve to be banned. I see people banned all the time for "using x-ray" but they really aren't. You can't tell people what to do in other servers or in single player. If somebody uses x-ray in single player, they can. Please un-ban him, because he is innocent, as are many other players who have been banned. I am sick and tired of seeing ban appeals of innocent people who were banned for "x-ray". You can't ban people without having evidence. You are treating many players unfairly, and those who get banned for using "x-ray" shouldn't be shunned right away, they should get a fair chance at posting an appeal, and possibly getting unbanned if they have enough proof that they didn't. Evidence: 3 of his friends in real life have talked to him, and he didn't x-ray EVER in ECC. He deserves another chance.
