Hello Liz__ The issue at hand is that when we checked the I.P. address of the player in question (coffelatte2) and your own, they matched. We often have users get on alternate accounts to complaint about or petition for their first account to be unbanned. Seeing as we had no prior knowledge of your relation, we could only act on what information we had, being the shared address. I have spoken to coffelatte2 and he has informed me of your relationship, and as such I will be unbanning you now, but please be aware that whether you wished to deliver a message or not, all matters of banned users are meant to be dealt with on the forums.
