Reason For Ban : Scamming?


Rule Violated : My account, FreeLemonz, did not violate any rule...


Explain what this rule means : Not necessary, in my opinion.


Reason I should be unbanned: Well, first let me quote why I was denied on my last appeal.


While you say that Niteshock is a sibling of yours that went through with the scamming... we have precise evidence of the scammed money being directly transferred to your account not even minutes after the scam took place. Let's pretend that Niteshock is actually a sibling of yours... that still would not excuse your involvement in the matter. It was clear that the intentions of the scammed funds were going to be sent to you. I'm convinced that Niteshock was just an account meant to scam other users out of their money considering that the account was never on ECC weeks prior to this scam. The account just logs on for the first time, scams a user, and the funds were sent straight to you? Seems rather suspicious to me indeed. I'd advise in your next appeal to be truthful and own up to your actions. Lying won't get you anywhere.


I have several problems with this response. First is that Niteshock sent the scammed money to my account, so I immediately get banned? So your basically telling me, hypothetically, that I could just go scam someone and send the money to someone else, and they would get banned. There, once again, is no proof that I had anything to do with the scamming, but I will take a free 50k or whatever it was any day...
My second problem is that even if all of this crap was true (which it is not), all of my family members that play this server are banned for some idiotic thing a friend (not sibling) came to my house and did. So your basically banning 6 accounts, 5 in which are innocent and you have no proof against, just to make sure you got the right one banned. My last problem with this is this Game Admin thinks I am lying. His conclusion is just automatically assuming that he is right, and I am lying. I'm not going to "own up" to something I haven't even done. This is 100% truthful and if you think not, I am sorry but you must be either stupid, or biased towards the victim. Thank you for reading, and I hope this time you give me a valid reason why I should still be banned, and if you don't, kindly unban me please.

Sorry for any immature nature, I am just really mad that myself and 5 other family members get banned for almost no reason except for scammed money that my friend sent to me, in which I did not know was scammed money at the time. (So at least unban my other family members if you still decide in some way that I still stay banned.)

I'd also like to add that I don't honestly care what your convinced about, or what you think, or what looks suspicious. I would like you to give me cold hard EVIDENCE that I , FreeLemonz, purposely took that scammed money from Niteshock (which again, I didn't). If "taking scammed money that you didn't know was scammed money from a friend that said it in fact WAS NOT scammed money" is a reason to ban me, I would like you to change my reason for a ban to that.


Remember, innocent until PROVEN guilty.
