A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

If one person paid the other user, that user is required to hold his part of the bargain. if not that user could get banned.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I just want to say this first, That i am deeply sorry for what! i noticed not only it hurt the people who i scammed but, it resulted in others getting banned for what i did and i can't believe i did that. As well i want to apologize to the staff that had to handle this mess i caused, it was unneeded, juvenile and completely stupid/Rude!
Plus, i do not deserve to be unbanned even though i spent $400 USD to get the money to pay my debts so i can do what is right. If i was doing appeals i would Decline this one since, I have had many opportunities to pay off my debts and i decided to not pay em off and scam some more BUT, I want to come back and be a good person in the ECC community! I made a really stupid enormous mistake but, we need to learn from those mistakes and move forward! We all make mistakes it's what we do after that counts and i believe i spent enough time to learn from it and behave this time.

Now thats out of my system lets get to my actual appeal!

I have talked with @JamieSinn and he wanted me to get all the money i owe in my forum balance before i am too get un-banned and to make a ban appeal! I believe i have this money, 2,700,000 ECD is in my balance!
