Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

I advertised other servers, in an effort to make another server more exciting. This is against the rules, as ECC needs to keep a playerbase, which I tried to stop.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

My original ban started in late 2013/early 2014. My appeal was locked in 2014 due to me not showing up on /seen for security reasons. I am sorry for advertising and spamming, and It has been almost 4 years now (wow) and I would love to be able to re-join the server.
