Clause 4 - Automation
The use of any means to earn money without doing any work is prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, macromod scripts, autofisher mods, fully automated farms, and physical means to hold a button down while away from your computer.
Usage of automated means is allowed for MCMMO grinding, providing you are not generating money and are not afk (e.g. an autoclicker to train the swords skill on a player is allowed, an autoclicker to train the swords skill on a mob spawner is not).
If you are found to have used any kind of illegal automation, your relevant statistics/balance will be reduced and/or cleared entirely at the discretion of administration.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to:
Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).​

This means that an individual is not allowed to interact with their alternate accounts. Also that an individual is not allowed to use automated means to gain an advantage on our server’s economy. It is entirely unfair to all the other players here on the server.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Being such a senior user here on ECC, this entire event and how it played out opened my eyes to what this server really means to me. I’ve let more users down than I could’ve imagined, and that itself makes me feel like I owe the entire server an apology. I am sorry to everyone here. I know that if I return I will continue to do what must be done to make things right. I can say in all sincerity that my actions will not be recurring, and that history will not be repeating itself for me. I’ve met people here on this server that have been more than just players of a game, some of them have been there for me in my hardest times, likewise I have been with them in some of theirs. A lot of them are like a family to me, and some of them are actually my family that play here, and being away from them on the server we call home makes me feel horrible. I got too ahead of myself with what I wished to accomplish here on the server, and how I tried to go about doing that was wrong. It was wrong of me in every way to think that I should have illegally done this to accomplish what I intended. Because of this, I decided to turn myself in for my actions after staff was informed by someone who was close to me. I wanted to take full responsibility for what were my ideals and intentions, and didn’t want the people who were involved in this to fall with me. I know that is no excuse to be unbanned, but I honestly do feel horrible with what I did. Having received my punishment, I will be seizing the opportunity to come back and do things by the book to show the entire server that what I did wrong, and how I did it, was taken from me by getting deranked. Now I can do everything right this time. From this point forward I want what I accomplish here to be seen as done right and straightforward, and being deranked is the best way for that to happen. If you allow me to come back I will make sure that this is not just my first ban appeal, but without a doubt my last. I am sorry for everything I’ve done, and I hope you decide give me another chance to join you guys and make things right on ECC.

For the users of ECC: Like I mentioned above, what I did by doing this was rightfully taken from me, and you shouldn't associate what I do in the future to be considered a result of what was done in the past. The money I filtered was taken through ranks, weather the money was used for ranks or not, and extra as punishment. I'm taking advantage of being deranked to make things right. Instead of giving up entirely on my reputation and turning into a troll, I will still be continuing to do what I did prior to this. Apex, the 300k giveaway, bringing the United Nations back, interactive maps and directories, ect, to help the server in doing what I can to make it more interesting and enjoyable for everyone. Along with that, what is to happen next for me and what I've been doing while I've been banned, let me just say that myself along with other very intelligent and talented users have come up with many things we plan to do for the server. If any of you guys have questions on how this happened, why it happened, and what's happening next for me, don't be afraid to shoot me an inbox here on the forums :)​
