Minecraft Username: josh14444 Reason: Minor griefing in Iconville Counter-reason: I believe that this refers to when I took a bucket of water out of a chest in the middle of a path at Iconville. I was under the false impression that it was a random gift from a mayor or someone else with authority. Therefore, my accidental taking of what I believed was a gift is not intentional griefing. Thank you for making another appeal using the format, I note this is your first offence on the server and on another note I would like to point out that griefing is the destruction of blocks in a protected region, if you took blocks out of an unprotected chest then this could have been classified as grief loosely, but this appeal sounds more like you are appealing to theft which is not what we are going for here. I will tag Physicistsmom in on this as she dealt with the grief and issued the ban and would hear what she has to say on the matter as somethings need clearing up. This is not about a bucket of water taken from the ground. This is about the giant hole you dug through the road and down underneath the ground into a farm.
