Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule means that I get something from another user to buy something but if I don’t return what the player wants then he/she will be able to report me​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel like I should be unbanned because I took a loan from @Red_Pandaz_13 but then a day before my laptop broke so I couldn’t pay back. Then I went on minechat but it kept crashing and i deleted the app and re-installed but it still kept crashing. That is because my phone has a sort of virus and I cannot do anything about that. Please give me another chance.
