A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Hello @kenziieeee After reading through your appeal I've decided to deny this appeal as there is a lack of effort/remorse shown. Loan scamming is a serious offense on ECC and isn't taken lightly. While I understand that issues arise that prevent you from playing on ECC it is still your responsibility to pay off your loans. If you knew you would be unable to pay off the loan at the time that you agreed upon then it's up to you to get in contact with the user to attempt to negotiate another deal and get the due date extended. I'm going to ask you to fiIe another appeal - please attempt to show some more effort/remorse for your actions in your next appeal. Denied - Lack of Effort
